I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at George Mason University, as well as a Ph.D. Fellow within the Hayek Program at the Mercatus Center. My academic interests revolve around institutional economics, primarily in deepening our understanding of how informal and formal institutions inform one another. A historical example of this is within The School of Salamanca, and today, through social and policy movements like school choice. For as much as I love researching, sharing my love for economics with students has quickly become a joy like no other.
My biggest professional role models are still Tony and Theresa Jace (my wonderful parents).
